Silvia Fareri

Industrial Engineer with a Ph.D. in Economics and a Master in Digital Marketing. Before joining Erre Quadro, she served as COO of a startup focused on applying NLP to technical documentation to support HR processes. She is currently an Account Manager at Erre Quadro s.r.l., where she is involved in lead generation, strategic communication, and market positioning and collaborates as expert in several Horizon 2020 projects, contributing to the design of software solutions for patent-driven reskilling initiatives. She also serves Finpiemonte s.p.a as Independent Expert Evaluator of industrial projects proposals for upskilling and innovation.

Francesca Mattolini

Industrial Engineer specialized in Strategic & IP Intelligence. She joined Erre Quadro in 2020 as an Analyst, contributing to projects focused on patent analysis and the strategic use of technological information. Since 2022, she has been serving as an Account Manager, responsible for managing and developing relationships with a portfolio of the company’s key clients. Her role also includes expanding Erre Quadro’s client portfolio, with a particular focus on Northern Italy and Trentino-Alto Adige, supporting companies in aligning technological insights with their strategic objectives.
